Project Description:

- The client asked us to carry out a full redesign of a derelict bungalow they had on their land. The brief was to redesign the internal layout of the property but to redesign the property so that the least amount of construction works and time was required. The bungalow would then be added to their portfolio and rented out. 

​

- The client on this project has never explored the option of open plan living and was keen to see the construction and cost implications. During the concept development meetings we guided our client of all elements relating to open plan living, after analyzing and reviewing the proposal we ruled out this option as it would not fall within the clients budget.  Please have a look through the photos and see the project in detail.
