Luke Sean Khaira, Owner / Managing Director of LSK Construction Services Limited is a self-motivated, results orientated individual with a strong passion for Architecture and Construction. Birth town of Telford, on the Shropshire Border. He attended Derby University from 2013 - 2016 studying Architecture Technology and Practice, graduating with a 2:1 degree in June 2016. 

 

His career then started in 2016, at a Architecture company working as a Architectural Technologist on projects valuing from £5m - £30m. These projects were large scale retail developments. After deciding to move into a niche sector of the Construction Industry (Modular), he rapidly progressed in his first year through a Modular company to the role of Design Manager (Architectural & Production), delivering a range of projects valuing from £1m - £33m. With projects consisting of Secondary Schools / SEN Schools / A&E Departments / Ward Hospitals / Covid Hospitals / Freezer Stores / Labs / Student Accommodation / Sports Halls. Continuing his career, he then moved onto working as a Pre-Construction Project Manager for 2 years, on projects valuing £2m - £12m. With projects consisting of Secondary Schools / SEN Primary Schools / MRI & CT Scanning Buildings.

The next chapter of his career started in 2023, when he opened LSK Construction Services Limited with the vision to create a company that would be tailored to any clients needs, ensuring the client has a fun and exciting time and process throughout all aspects of the construction.
